Focusing on our values
As we strive to get even more people excited about our products and our company, we rely on our values. After a long debate on the subject, we decided on forward-thinking, together, determined, candid and dedicated.
These values should serve as a guide, enabling us to make difficult decisions with confidence. But we also want to live these values in our everyday worklives. That is why we are not satisfied with just 5 concepts, but are taking action. For example, we offer a company-wide academy on the topic of “non-violent communication” over several days to promote the value of “unpackaged”.
