One team – from day one
With us, you can jump in, get going, and continue to develop. With a structured induction plan, colleagues who are there to support you and a lot of exchange, we make your start with us as easy as possible. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, understand a lot and, of course, get started as quickly as possible.
We regularly organize our two-day “Welcome Days”. We introduce you to our various teams, products and corporate culture in an interactive and fun way. You get an overview of structures, internal processes and training opportunities. Whether you start with us as a working student or with professional experience: from day one you are part of the meinestadt.de team and can help shape it!

A job with a lot of responsibility
Managers play an important role for us. We are convinced that managers and their ability to develop teams and individual colleagues are the key to meinestadt.de’s success. Therefore, the promotion and development of managers is a relevant focus in our HR work.
In order to consciously take time for exchange and reflection, we offer our managers, among other things, professional training and impulse lectures by external experts. Colleagues who are new to the role of manager also receive a multi-module external coaching program in the first year, as well as internal sparring with a member of the management team.
