Sales – We find the right product mix for all our customers.

With us, everything revolves around our customers! To ensure that their search for suitable personnel is both attention-grabbing and successful, our team of around 40 colleagues puts together job market products and advertising opportunities according to individual needs.

Finding the right product mix and at the same time representing meinestadt.de as a strong regional brand pushes us to give our best every day.

Our claim is to work transparently, solution-oriented and quickly in order to optimally meet our customers’ wishes. To achieve this, we are divided into 6 interdisciplinary teams, each led by a team supervisor. On the one hand, this enables a close exchange within the team, on the other hand, it promotes the “learning from each other” aspect. In addition, specialised colleagues regularly provide us with information on current market developments, optimisations for more efficient processes and individual customer solutions. 

Even though no two characters here in Sales are alike, we all have one thing in common: we always have time for a little fun in between and are always up for a beer or two after work.
